Including today, five more days of radiation and seven more days of chemo for Owen.


Owen has had a few waves of heavy nausea. I had to go into the last resort nausea medication to try to help him. Praying he has a good day today.


Owen said that he is feeling that senioritis - that feeling of no motivation when you are so close to being done. I just told him, 1 week and we cross that finish line.


He has been totally enjoying his Birdfy. We have more daily visitors, including a house finch named Jimmy. He’s on the right. Joey is his buddy on the left. They stick together.


Jimmy is a messy compared to Sesi. But these two are trying to claim the feeder as their own. We had a bird called the California Thrasher come visit.


I feel like I could use a few hours of sleep every day. I seem to be chasing it! One thing that has gotten better for Owen is that he is sleeping a lot better these days. So that is a good thing.
