35. C2 - August 29, 2024

Owen started his 5-day chemo cycle yesterday. The strength of the medication is almost double of what he was taking for his initial round.

It’s 0530 and so far so good.

Owen was prescribed a new anti-nausea med. it blows my mind that one pill of this stuff costs over $700. This pill is individually wrapped up in two boxes. Must be pretty potent.

Tomorrow, I go for my sinus surgery. The one I have postponed several times since Owen was admitted to the hospital. It’s going to be a busy day.

We had rain, much needed rain. Our crunchy grass really needed this weeks ago. The temps are lower and I am ready for summer to be done!!

Praying that today is a good day for Owen.
